Pros
The OS1400 does what it says it will do when looking at what and how it sands. Sanding irregular shapes such as curves and angles can easily be done, but aside from what it’s supposed to do there little else. Offering consumers, a cheaper option when it comes to price, but at what price does it pay to pay less?

One noticeable con is with the dust port itself as it is sized in metric instead of inches. This makes finding the right hose somewhat difficult as you may even have to be slightly creative to attach a vacuum system. Something that has raised some questions with consumers is the plastic construction and parts. Cheaper built than many other spindle sanders which depreciates in durability under the same comparison.
Other consumers have reported having difficulty with matching the spindles to the right sanding disks as some have reported them as coming off during sanding. While using the 3” spindle, one such consumer reports, “every 5 to 8 seconds I have to turn off the machine and push the discs back down”.
